GENERAL: Circus Studio Folie is a 5-year old youth circus group in Tallinn. 56 members, 3 coaches, trainings 2-5 times a week, 2 gyms in cultural centers. For members we have trainings, workshops with foreign coaches, annual events, public performances.
IDEA: Spend free time of young people doing sports and circus. Personal approach to every child finding the best suitable genre of circus to practice. Develop creativity through creating acts and tricks by oneself. Give a chance expressing oneself to spectators. Meeting friends. Develop Estonian circus art. PERFORMANCES: about 30 performances every year, usually all over Estonia. Our and Estonia's firstever theatrical circus performance Pearl Fairy, performed autumn 2005 and spring 2006 in Estonian Puppet Theatre in Tallinn. New performance "Station" in preparatory process, premiere in November 2006 in Salme Theatre, Tallinn. |
