The goal is to let children freely use their fantasy and put themselves to the test through the circus.
We offer to opportunities for children to develop thir physics, coordination, movement, verbal skills, performance skills and extend their range of vision. Training will take place three times a week. In Estonia we do not have traditional circus place, thats why we are lucky to have opportunity to creat shows where ever (theaters, streets, cellers, alleways, balconies, parks and so on). From circus genre, there are; air roups, trapetses, airring, hula, antibode, trampline jumps, equilibrize in handstand-castor-monocycle-rope-...., , skipping rope, jugglering .... The kids have bossibility to think out new genres and mouvments in training protsess. |

OMAtsirkus new performance "SLEEPWALKERS"
at Kanuti Gildi SAAL, Tallinn, Estonia 28. 29. 30 of Dets. 2006. directed by: Kaja Kann circus performers: OMAtsirkus (OWNcircus) young members technical support and safety: Margus Terasmees designer: Liina Tepand music: Johann Johannsson (Iceland) voice training: Juha Valkeapää (Finland) instructors: Kadri Ridaste, Heidi Kann, Kaja Kann, Margus Terasmees Assisted by: all firends producer: eksperimentaalse liikumise keskus www.omatsirkus.ee co-producer: Kanuti Gildi SAAL UNESKÕNDIJAD (SLEEPWALKERS) is beautiful, odd, ironic, humorous and sometimes also scary story about people who feel like they do not quite fit into the society where they exist. Those on stage have lost their emotional tie with the surrounding. Have YOU ever felt like closing your eyes, ears and mouth to lose control over your own actions? Simply to rock your body monotonously. To run, fall high into a soft cloud and scream out loud, not to gain attention, but to let go of the emotions in your heart and body. If you recognise this feeling then you are one of us – a SLEEPWALKER. OMAtsirkus performers use different circus requisites and moving techniques. They fall, swing, climb, catch, fly, jump, juggle, keep balance |
