Wojewódzki Ośrodek Animacji Kultury is a cultural institution dependent on local government of Kujawsko-Pomorskie region. The main affair of the institution is developing and supporting any types of local cultural centres in the region. Its gives the aid in many different ways, such as: know how, logistic, promotion and money. Trainers from WOAK teach leaders of local cultural centres. These leaders shall grow up an amount of cultural events participators in all types of cultural activity (e.g. circus pedagogic, music, fine art, theatre, dance, film, photography, play pedagogic). The institution also search for gifted amateur artist and talented children too. It helps them develop their artistic so cultural hobbies.
